Frame Drum
TIME & LOCATION TBA
Play Middle Eastern rhythms on the frame drum in the upright style using the Dance Cohesion group improvisation format, Cued Cohesion. We play frame drum while standing, walking, responding to one another’s cues, and even dancing. Options for various levels of difficulty are available and all levels of frame drum player are welcome. Supplemental class recordings are included with session enrollment.

Bellydance

Dance raqs sharqi-inspired fusion with friends using the Dance Cohesion group improvisation format, Cued Cohesion. We move our hips while traveling, responding to one another’s cues, and even playing Middle Eastern rhythms on finger cymbals. Options for various levels of difficulty are available and all levels of dancer are welcome. Supplemental class recordings are included with session enrollment.
