From the time I was a little girl inspired by the bellydancers I saw at the renaissance festival to the moment I saw dark fusion for the first time as a teen...
There have been many chapters to my bellydance story and many lessons learned.
🍚 From the times I waited "backstage" between sets in the pantry of the Lebanese restaurant where I did my weekly gigs.
👯 To the glorious shared moments on stage of huge theaters when I toured the globe with Bellydance Superstars.
✈️ Then there were all the hours I've spent on planes and in airports as I traveled internationally to teach and perform at bellydance and fusion festivals.
🪩 Savoring the moments of connecting with dancers abroad in workshops and at afterparties.
🥰 Always eager to return and teach my weekly classes at Rose Movement Studio, the home dance studio space I'd always wanted to create.
...so many magical chapters! (and SO MANY lessons learned that I want to share with you).
I won't lie: it wasn't all fun and easy.
I made mistakes.
I wasted time.
And now I'm passionate about helping bellydancers avoid the pitfalls I've worked through so you can get better faster and have more fun!
